13. If you are buying a pet, the puppy will be spayed or neutered and registered as a non-breeding animal. Is this acceptable to you? Yes No
14. If you are buying a potential breeding animal, you may not allow it to be bred until the animal is two years old, has been found non-dysplastic by OFA, and has cleared a CERF exam. It shall only be bred to other dogs that have proof of OFA/CERF clearances, or until the animal is altered by mutual WRITTEN agreement. Is that acceptable to you? Yes No
